The missionary had temporary residence permit in Hamza district of Tashkent. The foreigner, in a short period of time, managed to knit together a serious religious community, which comprised young people from Tashkent as well as Jizzakh and Bukhoro regions of Uzbekistan. This young man violated Uzbekistan’s laws and regulations of staying in the country by engaging in missionary activities and proselytism despite not having needed religious education and a license that allows him to carry out this kind of activity.
