Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzhydromet has published an emergency warning related to the drop in air temperature in Uzbekistan.

Thus, on 12-14 October 2023, a wet and cold air mass is expected to invade the territory of Uzbekistan.

On 12-13 October, there will be rains across the republic, on 13 October in Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya regions, in the foothills and mountainous regions of Uzbekistan, in the mountains with transition to snow.

In some places across the republic, winds are expected to increase to 15-20 m/s; in some areas gusts of up to 22-25 m/s are possible.

On 13-14 October, the air temperature will drop to 10-15 degrees during the day, to 2-5 degrees at night, and frosts of up to 1-3 degrees below zero are possible in the north.
