The exhibition was organized by the Government of Xiamen, Haicang District, Xiamen’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Fund Forum and General Consulate of Uzbekistan in Shanghai.

The project is taking place at the main exhibition hall of Haicang District. Over 150 people participated the opening ceremony of the project.

The exhibition demonstrates collection of calligraphic inscriptions at the architectural monuments of Uzbekistan, which attracted great interest of the visitors to rich historic-cultural heritage.

The event also included the presentation of the book “Masterpieces of Architectural Epigraphy in Uzbekistan”, published by Fund Forum.

The presentation briefed the participants of history of creation of the book, work of the Uzbek scientists in studying inscriptions at the architectural monuments of Uzbekistan, etc.
