The course is aimed at teaching heads of enterprises with modern management tools in line with the ISO 9011, methods of assessment of economic productivity and increasing efficiency of quality management system, as well as Japanese tools of regular improvement. Lessons are conducted by Riad Ibragimov, TUV auditor.

Within the visit, the delegation will familiarize with ISO 9004:2009 and experience of quality management system of Proctor & Gamble. It is also planned to visit capacities of Japan’s Panasonic.

According data of Uzstandard, currently number of enterprises with quality management system reached 626, which grew by 110% year-on-year. About half of them fell to share of SERT Management and TÜV International Certification.
