He said that execution of requirements of the presidential decree “On measures on ensuring reliable protection of private property, small business and private entrepreneurship, eliminating barriers before their speedy development” will create necessary conditions and opportunities for speedy development of small and private businesses, increasing the volume of their crediting and improving business environment.

Till 2020, the banking system is planning to increase the volume of financing of projects of small and private businesses up to 22.5 trillion soums, in particular, it is planned to increase the volume of long-term investment loans by 2.5 times.
