Uzbekneftegaz headquarters in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Vice President of State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) on ecology Muhtar Babaev and director-general of Ecol Engineering Soltan Aliev visited Uzbekistan on 26-29 October.

The Azeri delegation discussed issues of cooperation in protection of environment with the management of Uzbekneftegaz national holding company.

The Azeri delegation also visited Ferghana Oil Processing Plant and proposed services of Ecol Engineering in cleaning of the plant’s territory.

SOCAR official also proposed cooperation in joint projects and development of nanotechnologies. The sides agreed to create special working group to realize these prospects.
