Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek Ambassador Karomidin Gadoev visited the Malaysian company Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd’s production facility and met with Export Manager Chang Jen Chung, Dunyo News Agency reports.
Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd, a leading producer of dairy products and non-alcoholic beverages in Malaysia, operates under halal standards.
During the visit, the sides discussed a potential joint project to establish production of dairy products, powdered milk, soft drinks, and various juices in Uzbekistan, considering the significant raw material base available for these products.
The Malaysian manager expressed readiness to send representatives from Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd to Uzbekistan for market research, demand analysis, and evaluation of production capabilities based on existing resources.
Founded in 1973, Etika Holding produces non-alcoholic beverages and dairy products under 18 brands, including Wonda, Miranda, Goodday, Pepsi, 7up, Bleu, Chill, Dairy Champ, and Calpis, and supplies its products to Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. The holding’s subsidiary, Etika Dairies Sdn Bhd, established in 1996, specializes in manufacturing various dairy products.
