Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to India, Sardor Rustambayev, held a meeting with the Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad Kongkal Sangma. The main topic of discussion was the potential for developing mutually beneficial cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and the Indian state of Meghalaya.

Conrad Sangma expressed his interest in the reforms underway in Uzbekistan and voiced confidence that the favorable conditions being created in the country would attract foreign partners, including those from Meghalaya.

The Chief Minister also expressed his readiness to send a delegation to Uzbekistan to explore industry potential and establish business contacts.

Conrad Sangma invited Uzbek creative groups and sports teams to participate in the annual festivals held in the state.
