In line with the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 6,441 soums of dividends per ordinary share.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 24,647,557 units, the company said in a statement.

UzBAT A.O. allocated 158.755 billion soums for payment of dividends for 2011. Other part of net income for 5.543 billion soums was not distributed.

As reported earlier, the enterprise received net income for 158.76 billion soums in 2011 against 104.487 billion soums in 2010. The growth rate made up 51.94%.
