The council directed 3.188 billion soums to payment of dividends on state share. The company will also direct 9.803 billion soums for formation of reserve fund.

In line with the decision, 60.85 million soums directed to payment of re-calculated payments to budget. Shareholders kept other part of net income for 2.891 billion soums as undistributed.

The company will pay 585.98 soums of dividends per ordinary share with par value of 32880.46 soums.

Currently, the charter capital of the company makes up 178.919 billion soums and consists of 5,441,488 ordinary shares with par value of 32880.46 soums.

Uzavtosanoat joint stock company, uniting enterprises of automobile industry of Uzbekistan, was created in 2004 on the base of Uzavtosanoat Association. The company includes 20 enterprises, including 16 joint ventures.
