Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Official sales of Chevrolet vehicles manufactured in Uzbekistan have commenced in Georgia.

UzAuto Motors JSC has opened a dealership under the Chevrolet brand in Tbilisi. The opening of this new dealership marks an important step in expanding UzAuto Motors’ presence in the international automotive market, the company noted.

The official dealer for the company in Georgia is Strada Motors LLC, which will handle the sales and servicing of Chevrolet vehicles.

"Customers will have access to popular models characterized by modern design, high technical specifications, premium comfort, and affordable prices," the company stated.

At the opening ceremony, the General Director of Strada Motors, Zurab Gwazava, emphasized that Chevrolet’s entry into the local market will provide residents with the opportunity to purchase vehicles well-suited for Georgian roads, ensuring comfortable travel throughout the country.

It is worth mentioning that the first batch of Chevrolet vehicles left the factory in Asaka and headed for Georgia on 25 August 2024. During the opening ceremony, guests were able to conduct test drives and evaluate the driving qualities and consumer characteristics of the Chevrolet vehicles.
