UzACI said that the conference was held in Istanbul, Turkey, on 2-3 June. The conference has been organized by Information and Communications Technologies Authority of the Republic of Turkey (ICTA) to exchange experience and knowledge in the field.
The conference was attended by heads of regulators of Black Sea and Caspian Sea Basins. Each year, the conference selects the most actual topics, representing interest for further development of ICT sector. Last year, the conference discussed issues related to broadband internet services.
The programme of this year’s conference included such topics as regulation policy of broadband in fixed networks of next generation, technology of mobile broadband, strategy of convergence, transfer to digital city, as well as broadband with modern digital cities and others.
