The company’s annual report said that net revenue of Uz-SeMung rose from 54.249 billion soums in 2009 to 66.104 billion soums in 2010.
The assets of the company grew from 33.625 billion soums in 2009 to 48.67 billion soums in 2010. Fixed assets fell from 10.085 billion soums in 2009 to 9.243 billion soums in 2010.
The charter capital of the company made up 1.2 billion soums. Reserve capital increased from 7.81 billion soums to 7.848 billion soums in the reporting period. Undistributed income grew from 3.875 billion soums to 4.84 billion soums.
According to the decision of shareholders, net income for 2010 was not distributed due to shortage of turnover resources.
Uz-SeMung is one of the largest joint ventures operating in the Andijan region. The plant produces fuel tanks for all car models of GM Uzbekistan and manufacture of metal pressed parts.
