Uz-SeMung registered a new emission of shares. Within the emission, the company issued 480,000 ordinary shares with par value of 2,500 soums each. Total volume of the emission is 1.2 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription through replacement of old shares to new stocks.

The company said that the part of shares for 288.075 million soums is paid on nominal value and other part for 911.925 million will be paid due to undistributed income for 2008.

Uz-SeMung is one of the largest joint ventures operating in the Andijan region. The plant produces fuel tanks for all car models of GM Uzbekistan and manufacture of metal pressed parts.
