USA has no plans to open military base in Uzbekistan - embassy

The US government has no plans to open military bases in Uzbekistan, the press attache of the US embassy in Uzbekistan, Molly Stephenson said.
She said that information about this does not correspond to reality.
"The US government is not planning this. Moreover, we did not contact the Uzbek authorities with requests to this effect," the press attache said.
