“In recent years, the United States and Uzbekistan have strengthened the partnership between our governments and the friendship between our people. We are working together to promote regional security and stability, open economic and educational opportunities, and to build bridges among our artistic and scientific communities”, it added.

“On the occasion of Navruz, let us reaffirm our commitment to deepen these ties. Together we can build a safer, more democratic and prosperous future for all our people.
