US Open: Istomin to face Sweeting, Amanmuradova to play Paszek

Representatives of Uzbekistan found out their opponents in the first round of the US Open, last Grand Slam tournament of the season.
In the first round of US Open, Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin will play against Ryan Sweeting of the United States.
Ryan Sweeting is currently world number 71, while Denis Istomin holds the 68th place in ATP ranking. Earlier, they did not face each other.
In women’s tournament, Akgul Amanmuradova will face against world number 37 Tamira Paszek of Austria. The Uzbek tennis player is on the 118 place in WTA ranking.
