According to him, negotiations with representatives of the US Eximbank were held during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the United States.

Sukhrob Holmuradov noted that representatives of the US Eximbank highly rated ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan. He added that the parties agreed to resume cooperation.

The head of the NBU said that in an official letter, the US Eximbank confirmed its readiness to cooperate with Uzbekistan in financing projects.

He added that the US bank can take part in provide loans to Uzbekistan to finance purchase of Boeing aircrafts and other technological equipment.
