During the meeting, it was noted that the relationship between Uzbekistan and the United States has been developing also in the parliamentary system, UzA reported.

The current visit of the US delegation is a logical extension of the process of a phased development of the relations between our countries, further strengthening the linkages between the parliaments of the two countries. The sides exchanged views on issues of further expansion and strengthening of inter-parliamentary cooperation.

The members of the US delegation also held negotiations at the ministries and departments of the country.
