Urgench Yog’ FE OJSC to issue shares for 1.406bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Urgench Yog’ foreign enterprise in form of open joint stock company registered a prospectus of emission for about 1.406 billion soums, the statement of the company said.

Within the emission, the company will issue 781,000 ordinary shares with par value of 1,800 soums each. Total volume of the issue makes up about 1.406 billion soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription. All shares will be sold to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.
