Shareholders of the bank decided to pay 7,997.06 soums per each ordinary share, which makes 7.99% of par value of shares.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 58,434, the bank’s statement reads.

Universalbank private open joint stock commercial bank was founded in 2001 under name of Qoqondbank. In 2002, it was renamed to Universalbank and it received license of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan in May.
