Universal sug’urta to increase charter capital to 3.73bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Universal sug’urta close joint stock company will increase its charter capital from 2.999 billion soums to 3.73 billion soums.

The shareholders of the Uzbekistani insurance company adopted decision on emission of ordinary shares for 731.533 million soums. The company will emit 1,000 shares with par value of 731,533.57 soums each.

The company will share on market value among shareholders. The company said that Turonbank will purchase 400 shares of the emission, Orient capital management LLC and Manhold Commercial Limited will get 300 shares each.
