Universal Sug’urta acquires shares for Qishloq Qurilish Bank

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Joint stock company Universal Sug’urta purchased a package of shares of Qishloq Qurilish Bank, the disclosure information of the company said.

Universal Sug’urta acquired 7,128,124 ordinary shares of Qishloq Qurilish Bank from GEWINN-LUX LLC.

According to the Uzbek insurance company, the sum of the deal makes up about 850.029 million soums.
