Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 February, the Capital Market Development Agency registered an additional issue of shares by Universal Bank Joint Stock Commercial Bank for a total amount of 50 billion soums.

The number of additional shares issued by the bank is 10,000,000 with a par value of 5,000 soums.

The shares will be sold by public subscription, the shares will be placed and circulated at the RSE “Toshkent”.

Universal Bank is included in the stock quotation list of the stock exchange.

In 2019, transactions with shares of the bank in the amount of more than 24.6 billion soums were completed at exchange trading.

The market value of 1 ordinary share of Universal Bank as of 20 February 2020 was equal to its nominal value and amounted to 5,000 soums.

The bank's market capitalization is 100 billion soums (excluding the volume of additional issue).
