Univelsalbank to place shares for 2.064 billion soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private joint stock commercial bank Universalbank will place shares for over 2.064 billion soums.

The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered the decision of the bank on issuing the shares.

Within the emission, the bank placed 412,868 ordinary shares for 5,000 soums each. Total sum of the issue exceeds 2.064 billion soums.

According to the bank, all shares will be placed on closed subscription.
