UNISTREAM launches specialized money transfer center in CIS
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- International money transfer system UNISTREAM launched a programme on gradual opening of specialized money transfer centers in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

The first center has been launched in Bukhara city of Uzbekistan. The center is joint project of UNISTREAM and open joint stock Turobank, which is the partner of the system.

The center has modern interior, equipment and office furniture. The center has several windows, which has all necessary conditions for rendering quality services to clients.

UNISTREAM said the launch of specialized money transfer center should introduce new standards of rendering services to clients.

It is expected that the centers will offer full spectrum of products along with money transfer services, the system said.

UNISTREAM President Souren Hayriyan said the study of clients needs showed that they require higher requirements to services quality. This includes all parameters: from service culture to comfort. He said that the system will continue to open new specialized centers.

He underlined that people can send or receive remittances, as well as receive detailed information on tariffs, bonus programmes, take unique client card, etc. The center has prolonged working time.

Souren Hayriyan said that the system plans to place terminals at the centers. He added that the clients can also receive all necessary answers to their questions on money transfers.

UNISTREAM said that it already has over 200 specialized centers in Russia. The specialized centers also operate in the UK, Germany, Greece and Cyprus.
