Andrei Mamaev, director of Department of marketing and development of operator business of UMS, said that forming client-oriented tariff plans, the company decided to launch a tariff plan with weekly subscription fee. Some subscribers prefer to put money to their balance several times a month, not once a month. He noted that new tariff plan will become popular among the users.
