Net income of Uktambank made up 518.49 million soums in 2010. Shareholders directed 95% of net income for 2010 or 492.566 million soums to increasing charter capital. They also issued 5% of net income for 25.924 million soums to formation of reserve fund.

Shareholders distributed net income of the bank for previous years at the size of 1.05 billion soums. They directed 720 million soums to payment of dividends on 2 million preferential shares or 360 soums per share.

General shareholders’ meeting of the bank directed 330.15 million soums to increasing charter capital through capitalization. Overall, Uktambank will direct 822.72 million soums to raise charter capital.
