TeliaSonera said the subscribers’ base of Ucell made up 8.642 million in January-September 2015 compared to 8.45 million people in the same period of 2014 (+2.4%).

According to the company, MOU (average monthly minutes of usage per subscriber) made up 321 minutes per month in the third quarter of 2015 against 330 minutes in the same period of 2014.
