Ucell creation was reviewed and evaluated in the contest titled "Independence - the greatest achievement", which was organized in the framework of national Media Festival "Ozod Yurt Tulkinlari" (Waves of free country). This contest gathered more than 100 TV and radio spots, as well as social documentary films.

Diploma of Grand Prix was personally handed over by the Deputy Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Mr. AbdullaAripov.
