Yesterday, Ucell offices worked on prolonged work hours and served subscribers till 02.30, till the last client.
Davron Azizov, head of department of corporate communications of Ucell, said that flow of people to sales and dealer offices continues. He said that all Ucell employees are working to support clients and simplify subscription process. He said that care about each subscriber is main credo of Ucell and it makes everything to ensure that subscribers are in touch with their friends and relatives.
Ucell put tents and umbrellas near its headquarters, Ucell Markazi, and provided water to clients. It also organized information desks to provide information to subscribers.
The operator said that it also put banners at Ucell Markazi to inform subscribers that the company works till 24:00 and later, till the last client.
Davron Azizov said that number of subscriptions is large for last two days. He said that number of subscribers will be announced at the end of the month. He added that introduction of new billing system allowed Ucell to work without interruption. Azizov said that load of network is high and the company is doing its best to avoid interruptions in network.
He said that Ucell will organize teams of mobile dealers, who will travel to regions with special cars and help subscribers to connect to the network. Mobile dealers are innovative approach and it will solve problem of subscription of people in remote areas.
