“From 15 October 2013 FE COSCOM LLC (Ucell TM) will introduce new conditions for new subscriptions. Please, take into account that from now on new common procedure of the subscription of new subscribers with mandatory payment of subscription fee equal to 2,000 soums is being introduced,” the company said.

“Additionally we inform, that when subscribing in dealers’ points of the company, three standard subscription packages will be available for 5,000 soums, 3,500 soums and 2,000 soums, which include SIM card, subscriber number, agreement and with initial balances of 3,000 soums, 1,500 soums and 0 soums respectively,” the operator added.

The company said that the fee will allow company to cover the regular costs of purchasing new SIM-cards and other direct costs, associated with the new subscriptions.
