Recently at the press conference in Tashkent dedicated to the first anniversary of Ucell rebranding, Ucell Director-General Oguz Memiguven said that the company is largest investor and tax payer in Uzbekistan and it is planning to further develop its activity in Uzbekistan. With this he stated stability, confidence and openness of its plans of doing business in Uzbekistan.
As a proof to above mentioned, Ucell adopted measures to improve quality of service to subscribers due to growth of subscribers’ number due to situation in the mobile communication market of Uzbekistan.
The company said that external internet channel was expanded by 50% and it improved quality of voice communication transfer, which allowed to cope with growth of traffic by 1.5 times in last three days.
Information service of Ucell works in more active regime and answers to all questions of subscribers, including questions on subscription, SIM-card activation, putting money to account. Today, the operator announced about cutting prices to SMS-packages.
Acknowledging its responsibility, UCell, its divisions and all employees make that their best to ensure that subscribers stay in touch. Ucell calls all subscribers and citizens of Uzbekistan do not listen to rumors and select mobile operator, which meets their demands and close to their heart, Davron Azimov, head of department of Corporate Communications of Ucell, said.
