The operator said the service will allow users to use popular social network pda.vkontakte.ru, m.vkontakte.ru and wap.vkontakte.ru without any limits. Subscribers can review images, communicate with friends at VKontakte and do not think of consumed traffic.

UCell said that the subscription fee to service is set at US$0.10 per day.
