For the first time in Uzbekistan, with a new “0.VKontakte” service from Ucell, subscribers can have free and unlimited access to zero (lite) version of popular VKontakte social network.

They can read the news feed, comment and read friends' or groups' statuses, exchange messages with other VKontakte users, and all of it for free without worrying about internet traffic.

The zero version of the site is only text-based. When browsing multimedia files (photos, videos or links to other sites), subscribers will leave the scopes of “0.VKontakte” service, and the fee for the traffic will be charged according to current tariff plan. In such cases, subscriber will automatically be notified about leaving the scopes of service, and further charges.
