As of 22 June “Help for Refugees” charity campaign starts to raise funds for people who left Kyrgizstan after tragic events and found shelter in the territory of Fergana Valley of Uzbekistan. All funds collected from that campaign will be transferred to the account of “Sog’lom Avlod Uchun” International Fund. The campaign is held till 5 July 2010.

“Sog’lom Avlod Uchun” International Fund is dealing with help to people who found refuge in our country. In particular medical aids, food, hygienic products and other top priority aids will be bought.

Participation in the SMS campaign is easy – any UCell subscribers may send an SMS to the short number 0330 or 0331. The company will deduct $0.20 (number 0331) or $1.00 (number 0330) (VAT included) from subscriber’s account and transferred to “Sog’lom Avlod Uchun” International Fund to help refugees in the territory of Uzbekistan. It is not a big amount of money for each of us. But put together, they can help refugees.
