Ucell expands its international roaming service
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Mobile communication operator Ucell increased number of roaming partners. Now Ucell subscribers can send SMS or call at networks of 408 roaming partners in 162 countries and use mobile internet at networks of 280 roaming partners.

Ucell said that the post-paid subscribers can use voice roaming services at networks of Orange (Jordan), SmarTone Mobile (Hong Kong) and Glo Mobile (Nigeria). The post-paid subscribers can also use mobile internet and 3G roaming at the networks of SmarTone Mobile and (Hong Kong) and Glo Mobile (Nigeria).

The pre-paid subscribers can use voice and SMS roaming services at networks of 140 roaming partners in 80 countries and mobile Internet at networks of 12 operators in 12 countries.

The operator recalled that Ucell operators can call to Uzbekistan at the price from US$0.5 per minute based on the country of location with its service “Call to Home”. The service will allow to save up to 90%.

Ucell operators can use mobile internet at the price of US$45 per 1 MB at networks of Azercell (Azerbaijan), Geocell (Georgia), Telia (Denmark), Kcell (Kazakhstan), LMT (Latvia), Omnitel (Lithuania), Moldcell (Moldova), Ncell (Nepal), Tcell (Tajikistan) and TeliaSonera (Finland and Sweden).

Umida Ziyamova, specialist on corporate communications of Ucell, said that the company creates all conditions for its users abroad and works on improving services and expands number of roaming partners. She added that the operator works on making services affordable through attractive campaigns.
