The festival of art and music is one of the largest music forums, which attracts participants from all continents of the world. It reflects spiritual work of various nations, calls for peace, friendship and cooperation.

The festival was held for the first time in 1997. The event attracted representatives of 31 countries. This year, the festival attracted artists from 60 countries of the world. Over 300 guests arrived in Samarkand and 30 foreign and 200 local mass media to cover the festival.
