Two-year-old Uzbek boy survives seventh-floor fall
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A two-year-old boy in Uzbekistan’s second-largest city of Samarkand, miraculously survived after falling from the seventh-floor of the apartment building where he lived, a health official said on Wednesday.

The child, who was being looked after by his 12-year-old sister, "fell from a seventh-story balcony when he was left alone," the official said. The boy has been hospitalized with concussion.

The official said the boy’s life was out of danger, RIA Novosti reported.

Earlier this month, a four-year-old boy survived a fall from his family’s fourth-story apartment in Moscow. Last month, a five-year-old Indian boy received internal injuries after a fall from the roof of a three-story building.
