Today, on 11 October, at approximately 14:20, while digging a pit for a wastewater collector on Beshkairagach street, Uchtepa district of Tashkent, a soil collapse occurred, as a result, five workers of the Shafoat company were buried.

According to the deputy khokim of the district, Aziz Naimov, two of them died, one is in the hospital. The condition of two more people is satisfactory.

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan reported that two rescue teams of 16 rescuers quickly arrived at the scene.

It is reported that during the construction work on the construction of the collector on Beshkairagach Street, 5 workers of Shafoat LLC worked. As a result of the collapse, two workers were killed, another is in the hospital, the condition of the remaining two workers is assessed as satisfactory.

At the moment, the investigation is being carried out by the police department and other law enforcement agencies.
