Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – A citizen, Sh.A., appealed to the police department and reported that on 23 June, an unknown person illegally entered his house and stole 500,000 soums, perfumes worth 2 million soums, and clothes worth 1.5 million soums from it. This was reported by the press service of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region.

On this fact, the investigative department at the police department of the Kuva district initiated a criminal case under clause “d” of part 2 of article 169 (theft) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the operational-search activities, the involvement of women Sh.U and M.B. . in the commission of this crime was established, investigative actions are underway.

A person who has committed a crime under part 2 of article 169 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan is punished with imprisonment for up to 5 years.
