Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A road accident in Ferghana resulted in the death of two people, according to the press service of the Ferghana Region Department of Internal Affairs.

The accident occurred on 29 August at 3:30 am on the 8th kilometer of the 4R-140A highway, passing through the Kirguli area.

According to the Department of Internal Affairs, a 19-year-old driver of a Spark, T. A., lost control and crashed into a pole near a shop.

As a result of the accident, passengers K. M., Yu. A. (born in 2005), E. Sh., and N. F. (born in 2004) were taken to the hospital with various injuries.

It is reported that despite the efforts of doctors, K. M. and Yu. A. succumbed to their injuries.
