Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Two new metro stations were launched in Tashkent on 15 December - No. 13 and No. 14 of the above-ground line, named “Turon” and “Kipchak” respectively.

However, at the moment they have started working in test mode without accepting passengers.

The official opening will take place after receiving the results of test runs.

These new stations will become part of the metro system, connecting the ring and Sergeli lines of the above-ground metro.
