The funds will be used to finance the projects of Uzbekhydroenergo for construction of a hydroelectric power station in Tashkent region and modernization of four hydroelectric power stations in Tashkent, Andijan and Tashkent regions.

It should be noted that after the construction and modernization of the above-mentioned hydroelectric power stations, the capacity will reach 62.1 MW and the average annual output of electricity will mamke up 406.1 million kWh.

At the moment, Turonbank and Uzbekhydroenergo are preparing new projects for construction and modernization of hydroelectric power stations in Samarkand and Tashkent regions for US$46.6 million.
