The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place 3,000 corporate bonds with par value of 1 million soums. Total sum of the issue is 3 billion soums.

Circulation term of the bonds is 1,825 days. The coupons will be paid each quarter based on refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (currently 12%).
