Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov signed a special resolution with a view to "strengthening the material and technical base of Turkmenpagta (Turkmen cotton) state concern" and ensuring quality transportation of cotton harvest, the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reports quoting the press service of the head of state.

The document authorizes Turkmenpagta state concern to sign a contract with the Tashkent tractor plant of Uzbekistan on the purchase of 1008 units of tractor trailers 2PTS-4-793A-03A worth US$3,303,200.
