Uzbek Prime Minister Shavkat Mirziyayev welcomed Turkmen president Gurbanguli Berdimuhamedov at the Tashkent airport.

During the visit, the presidents of two states will discuss issues of expansion of Uzbek-Turkmen cooperation, as well as important problems of regional and international character.

Signing of a number of bilateral documents aimed at deepening cooperation in various spheres is planned.
