Turkiston Bank fully floats ninth emission of shares

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Private open joint stock commercial investment bank “Turkiston” fully placed the shares of the ninth emission.

Turkiston Bank registered the ninth emission of shares at the volume of 6 billion soums on 6 December 2010.

Within the emission, the Uzbek bank placed 6 million ordinary shares with nominal value of 1,000 soums each.

According to the bank, it completed placement of the shares of the emission on 29 November 2011.
