Turkish company purchased part of shares of Adel Al Hussain General Trading Co from the United Arab Emirates. Share of Adel Al Hussain General Trading Co in Uzkabel decreased from 84.08% to 49.53%.

The sum of the deal was not disclosed. But in line with some data, the sum of the deal makes up US$5 million.

Uzkabel is the largest producer of cable and wire products in Central Asia. Uzkabel’s capacity is 50,000 tonnes of copper rod wire, trolley wire - 9,800 tonnes, telephone cable - 15,000 km, and logging cable for oil industry - 8,300 km.
