Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Asian Boxing Confederation (ASBC) has announced the best boxers of 2024 in Asia, with three representatives from Uzbekistan earning prestigious accolades.
Maftuna Yangieva, a member of Uzbekistan’s national team, was named "Best Asian Youth Boxer" for her remarkable performance this year.
Feruza Kazakova, who claimed the Asian Championship title in 2024, was recognized as the "Best Female Boxer Under 22."
Tulkin Kilichev, head coach of the Uzbekistan national boxing team, received the title of "Best Coach in Asia" for his significant contribution to the team’s success at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Additionally, the ASBC extended special gratitude to Uzbekistan’s national team for their outstanding achievements at the Olympics.
